Had blocked drain. Luke from Fawcett rang to say he was on his way and arrived within the stated time. He was capable, friendly and knew his stuff. He had a camera device which was awesome and we saw a lot of the issue was on the SA Water side - and Luke informs he will ring them for us. He fixed the issue on our side and then happily quoted on some other issues we had.
